At Snaps Chic, we take pride in our handmade products. Please note that each item may have slight variations and individual handicraft flaws, which are part of their unique charm. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for non-quality issues, such as size discrepancies, color variations, or individual handicraft flaws. We encourage you to carefully review the product images, descriptions, and size guidelines before making a purchase to ensure your expectations align with the actual product.

 

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for the following reasons:

  • The item is damaged.
  • The item has a quality defect.
  • The item received is incorrect.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any of these issues occur, reach out to us at customerservice@snapschic.com within 7 days of receiving the product so we can evaluate the situation and make it right. Please provide any relevant photos or an unboxing video to help us assess the issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused.
  • With tags and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding!

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund was approved, please contact us acustomerservice@snapschic.com.
